While Marriage License will be facilitated by The Jamaica Tourist Board, an Affidavit is necessary for couples who have never married before. This has to be processed locally.
In the event that either party have been divorced or widowed, a notarized copy of the Absolute Decree or Death Certificate must be provided along with copy of a valid passport, this must be submitted no later than August 20th 2016.
ALL contest winners should ensure that they are in possession of valid travel documents before the 20th of July 2016 or prize will be forfeited.
Grand Prize winners may not change their selection of honeymoon prize package after entering the contest. The prize must be booked by September 20, 2016 and couple must be ready to get married on December 10, 2016 @ 5pm in the Jamaica. The Sponsors make no warranties with regard to any prize. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions for prizes except authorized/approved by Sponsors, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Prizes are not redeemable by winner for cash value. In-room charges such as telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included.
